  1. Not 100% sure as my key fob batter died and I now operate manually but the operation above sounds like when you lock, it is not locking at all. If you can "still open doors for a short time" then it is not locked, locking is immediate. I too find when I leave it unlocked opening some doors after a time will trigger hazard lights flashing but when I leave it unlocked it stays unlocked. I think your issue is when you lock it it does not lock, and when it remains unlocked it locks on it's own. The hazard lights are normal when opening after system goes to sleep. I hope this helps.
  2. I’m not sure what you have for roof rails but there are a lot of holes up there at the bottom of a channel that holds a lot of water. Those holes for screws are sealed with rubber thats getting old I removed my roof rails because I never use them to carry anything and put clear vinyl wrap over and I’m very happy that this is something I never have to worry about here is a picture of the bottom of the roof rails so you can see the rubber protection. I changed out my rear hood shocks two years ago and saw a rust on them that only could’ve come from the roof so it definitely leaks somehow. That’s the only way I can think of for that much water to get in.
  3. Look up Henry Ford and his ties to Hitler for an ever bigger surprise.
  4. I hate rust. Unfortunate that I live in an area prone to it but I also know to deal with it at first sign. I have been through the PET at least 5 times and cannot find the screws/nut to hold the undercarriage heat shielding on an 05 Cayenne Turbo. Anyone have anything that shows how I get access to change them out? thanks for any help
