  1. hi everybody my name is paulo and i´m from portugal i have a 1998 2.5l boxster 5 speed with german specification (C00) with 100k on the odometer and sustained by maintenance books. my question is: i have a 996 key with remote control that is allready programed for the car (opens the doors on the locks and turnes the engine on) i have bar code off the key and the digits that came toghether since my car does not have the m535 option what parts should i install in order to open remotly the doors using the key? thanks for the help that you might provide the label inside the front hood sates: M9620-65X G8600- 10 L744- Black Metallic BL - Interior Colors ALL Black C00 - Germany X71 - Aluminum-Colored Instrument Dials X97 - Gear lever knob with aluminium inlay X98 - Handbrake lever with aluminium inlay 139 - Seat Heating System, Left Seat 197 - Stronger Battery 232 - Internal production code related to tyres 340 - Seat Heating System,Right Seat 396 - Cast Wheel, 17 Inches 424 - Cd Compartment 436 - 3-Spoke Airbag Steering Wheel 441 - Prepared For Radio 490 - MJ 01 Sound System 551 - Wind Deflector 573 - Air Conditioner 584 - Storage box on engine cover 695 - Cd-Radio "Porsche CDR-22" 981 - Leather Equipment Without Seat Covers 982 - Seat Covers Front,Draped Leather/Leather/Leather i checked and it is all correct , at exception of the weels (it has 18" carreras) and the exhaust line that is all from cargraphic (muffler, colectors, and cathalics ) TUV compliant and so labeled. paulo
