  1. I bought my led dash lights from a member at pelican parts and they are great. Go to pelican forum and search led gauge lights. They were $40.
  2. I also think it's the aftermarket relay that's bad. By pass it to test if fan runs. If it does then the relay is bad.
  3. Are your tubes original or have they been replaced with split tubes. If original you will have to buy 2 piece tubes to replace. There are treads on pelican forum to replace them. Not hard to do 1 1-2 to 2 hours including clean up.
  4. I had the same problem on my 87 Carrera. Turned out to be the oil return tubes. The o rings shrink quite a bit in the cold. Easy job to do on a set of ramps if u don't have a lift
