  1. One of the cats on my 3.4 is on the way out apparently. Has anyone removed them and had the fault code removal done?
  2. I have a 2000 996 convertible. The canvas roof is in poor condition. Will a 997 convertible roof with the glass window fit? There always seem to be several for sale. I'm not sure if any 996s came with glass windows as standard. A glass window would be so nice.
  3. Just out of interest - were you able to take the parts back? This thread has been really interesting as I learnt to look for that AT on the engine number.
  4. Hi All My exhaust is not long for this world, I'd like to get a stainless system that will last. I'm not really looking for a 'Sports' anything but any increase in BHP is a bonus, it's more about the longevity and knowing it's all good back there. I'm on a tight budget so if you have any recommendations (or an old one knocking about for a 996 3.4) I'd really appreciate the advice. Thanks Julian
