  1. Thanks this information will help solve the problem. is the center front heat exchanger in the front for the AC?
  2. Where is the exchanger located? Is it the exchanger in the center of the front. Between the two water heat exchangers? thanks. I have been looking for an explanation for two years. This is the first that makes sense.
  3. My 2008 997 does not warm up in cool ,below 65 degree, temperature. in weather below 50 degres it never reaches operating temp. The OBD indicates a problem with the thermostat. So i replaced the thermostat and housing two times without any change in the warm up characteristics. The only solution was to block the heat exchangers in the front of the car. With them blocked the engine warms to normal operating temperature.
