  1. I have a 1999 Boxster. Sorry bout that!
  2. I am sure this has been addressed in previous posts, but does anyone know what a Boxster's optimal oil level is? I had my oil changed yesterday and the electronic readout on the dash shows it at the maximum fill level. Previous oil changes showed an oil level just below the maximum level mark. Is it possible to damage an engine with too much oil? I know I should DIY my own oil, but it is way too hot here in Texas this time of the year!
  3. Thanks Shash! At 33 bucks, it is a steal!
  4. I have recently purchased a 1999 986, Artic White with 48K miles. I love the car and it performs beautifully. I have been listening to my i-pod through a FM tuner (Monster) very successfully, and I want to utilize the space where there is a 5-CD holder just below the radio. No sense in having my complete catalogue of music with me and be limited to just 5 CDs, right? Is there any replacement "shelf" or other OEM use for this space? Is there anyone out there that has modified their Boxster to make better use of this area? By the way, great forum! :clapping: Greg
