  1. I have a 2003 Porsche 996, with 45,000 miles and a remanufactured engine. I found this out when I took to a shop to have the IMS bearing replaced. I am trying to determine when the engine was installed. The engine number is M96/03AT665 68531. I believe the engine was manufactured in 2005. The CarFax does not indicate that the engine was replaced. Thanks much!
