Does any body experience this? Is it difficult to change? How much does it cost for replacing it?

One of my remote does not work even the light on remote still works. I went to a dealer. They said the remote cannot re-program. I need to buy a new remote. Does anyone has a recommendation?

does any one have the problem with remote? I cannot use one of my remote to lock/unlock my 99 boxster. It seem to not working at all eventhough the battery is ok and the light on the remote still on when i push the remote button. How can i solve it?

The top trnsmission of My 99 boxster is borken. Now I'm looking for the used transmission. Do anybody know the part no. of the old transmsision and the updated transmission? If i change to the updated transmission, do i need to change other parts? How much does it cost ( transmission + other parts)? Is this the common problem for 99 boxster? Please give me some comment which type of transmission i should change?

Thanks for your help. I found the problem. It may caused by PKB switch. Somtimes, when I pull PKB, there is no brake caution show on the combination meter. If no brake caution, the roff wll not work. So, how can i fix the switch? -
I just bought a boxster and I can't open the roof. what is the correct procedure? i did 1. pull the PKB 2. unlock the covertible top 3. push the switch what is wrong?
