  1. I will answer my own question: "yes" Bought a Foxwell NT301 and it shows I/M (emissions) readiness for my car. Super helpful to know when O2 sensor and Catalyst are ready before driving to SMOG shop.
  2. I would like to check emissions monitor readiness status via OBD II after some repairs on my 1999 Boxster. I have Durametric but noticed: "Ready Status" does not appear in my Engine menu (ME5.2.2 for 1997-1999 (Engine)) (see below) Durametric website says: "Special features for this car: Ready status on ME7.2 and ME7.8 engine ECUs" Points above implies that my car is not supported for Ready Status using Durametric. Can anyone confirm if 1997-1999 Boxster with ME5.2.2 DME shows Ready Status using generic OBD II scanner...or is it only through Porsche PST2/PIWIS?
  3. 1999 2.5L with 25k miles check engine light ON with P1128 & P1130 smoke test at throttle body no obvious leaks oil leak at crankcase ventilation valve & near middle oil filler tube currently working to replace AOS, oil filler tube, and other vacuum connections
