Hi, I noticed that on my 993TT my driver’s side door stop was moving and I was getting a clicking sound (from inside the door). On line I found a “repair” for the clicking but no mention of the door stop moving. The passenger side makes no clicking sounds and the door stop does not move at all. Picture: Questions: Is the movement normal? After I fix the clicking, how do I tighten the door stop? How is the door stop held in place? Can I get access to it from the inside of the car by removing the lower panels under the dash? Any BTDTs? Thanks, Mark near Chicago

Have a '97 Boxster I bought new. It now has 62k miles. Recently the starter has been making noise. It sounds like it is not disengaging as quickly as it should when the engine starts. It doesn't happen all the time, probably 1 out of 2 starts. Anybody replace their starter? I bought a used starter from a junkyard but I have heard it is a bear to get to. Any experience out there? Mark near Chicago.
