  1. Interesting. Well if anyone has a passenger side cat for sale I am interested. Otherwise I am open to other options if any will meet CA standards.
  2. I have an 02 C2 with a failing cat. Its the one that exits the manifold on the passenger side and exits through the muffler on the drivers side. Can this be replaced with a cat from an exhaust shop, or does it need to be the whole pipe again?
  3. Thank you for the detailed response. However i wanted my spoiler permenently raised. I already sorted it by pulling D6. I just need to re-insert that fuse if i need to open the engine compartment. But its no big deal since i hardly ever need to access the engine.
  4. Image is from front passenger wheel well. Model is 01 C2
  5. Was installing spacers and noticed a strange hose not connected to anything. Anyone know what this is?
  6. Remove the motor from the reg then u can move the window by hand. Use a magnet to get wrench
  7. I will be installing front and rear strut braces, just wondering if the bose sub would still fit after brace install
  8. Quick update Remove of fuse D7 allows the rear spoiler to remain raised, however it also disables the engine compartment from opening. Perhaps there is another way to keep the spoiler raised by disconecting the lifter mechanism, though I dont want to have an illuminated dash light for a spoiler malfunction.
  9. No I dont have heated seats. I searched around and found instructions for 997’s but not 996.2’s
  10. trying to hardwire a radar detector to an 02 996 c2. fuse panel slot D8 (radio) looks like a good candidate for the add-a-circuit, but i dont have access to a multimeter to determine the load and draw sides. is anyone familiar with which side is load and which is draw? Here is a photo of the fuse panel. i just need to know if A or B side is load And here is the add-a-circuit i am using. some say pigtail side up, others say pigtail side down.
  11. Is there a way to silence the radio theft citcuit? This has started happening since that very day I changed the radio.
  12. Thanks for replying for me ;). Yes i have an aftermatket headunit, and the car is honking once after locking. I am also missing the plastic catch on the fuel door.
  13. Ill have to check the pressures and bead seating, alignment seems fine. If i let my hands off the wheel it drives perfectly straight.
  14. My mistake i meant they were found to be good still. No wear found on ball joints bushings or tie rods, my apology
  15. Milage on the tires or what are you asking? They are brand new michelins with a few hundred miles driven.
