  1. Hi - I replaced dead battery so need radio code. Thank much in advance. CDR-220 Type 4462 Serial no 25011899
  2. My RMS was recently replaced under warranty, an '05 Boxster S. Must have been a fairly early build because it went in service May-05 (don't know build date). I hadn't noticed either oil leakage or excessive consumption (have only topped up once in the last ~10 months, perhaps 1/2 quart), but the service tech noticed a very small leak during my 15k service. But hadn't caused any problems for me.
  3. Yeah, I'm curious about this too. One of those things that you don't fully appreciate until you're without it :)
  4. I haven't driven the 3.4L '07 Boxster S, but I did drive a Cayman S which I had as a loaner. It's difficult to compare the Tiptronic Cayman to my manual '05 3.2L Boxster S, but there did not seem to be a dramatic difference in power. Anecdotally, there seemed to be slightly more power at lower revs which would make sense given slightly larger displacement, but it's always difficult to tell what's reality and what's perception.
  5. Anyone heard anything more about Dension/DICE systems for MOST bus? Thanks, Lee
  6. I highly recommend RennWerks (www.rennwerks.com), formerly in Mountain View but I believe they're now down in Campbell. They have Hunter tire-changing and alignment systems and are also a TireRack installer. I used to live in the Bay Area and took my BMW M Coupe to them for tires and service, had a great experience w/ them. Lee
