I have the BOSE speaker system in my 996 tt and the original radio is changed to a Pioneer SPH-DA230DAB player. I think the sound is very poor as i seems to lack a bit of fullness. Earlier I had a 996 4S with standard player and speakers and it sounded better in my opinion. Is there any amplifier that can be connected or can some thing been done wrong ?

Hi, As I understand from talking to Porsche center one difference between a US spec and a EU spec 996tt is that the US spec have the carbon canister system while the EU model does not. Anyone have a guide to remove it ? Both the hoses as well what to do with the electrical parts ? Can they just be unplugged or do they need to be programmed away in the ECU ?
