  2. Can the front hood be popped and left unlocked over the winter months Or will it kill the battery?
  3. Thank you Jeff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. 2004 boxster unlock frunck with dead battery is there a jump in fuse box that I can put a 12v jump to Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Your correct the buttons on the key remote are used to unlock and lock along with trunks are working fine. The Key starts ignition fine but it won’t open the door. Thank you JFP.
  6. I recently became an owner of a 2004 boxster base 64k miles 5 speed. The door key isn’t working open and locking is done strictly with the key. This could be a future problem if battery should ever die. Over the winter I am going to do the repair. Currently the key toggles left to right with no restriction and you think it would work but doesn’t. Can anyone suggest what parts could be required to do the job.
