  1. (I'm new to this stuff, please go easy on me). I have a 2011 Cayenne S Hybrid nearing 110,000 miles purchased a year ago For the past few weeks I have had intermittent rough shifting down from 8th gear, it hasn't been consistent by any means, sometimes I can drive for days without the issue arising. Ran codes and nothing concerning ever came up on my Autel. I have received the message for hybrid system fault but only when towing or driving for extended periods of time (more than 2+ hours) Today while turning at low speed after being parked my car goes into neutral (I'm assuming, because there was nothing up on the little gear screen on the dashboard that tells me what gear the car is in. Turned off, turned on and the problem was gone. Went to take my car through a quick no-touch rinse and it happened again at a complete stop. I made it the two miles home driving cautiously, plug in my Autel and get the code: P309D00 passive/sporadic separating clutch actuator, insufficient slip with open clutch. After getting home the car hasn't been able to go into gear again... I noticed several people sharing this issue without much resolution but noticed the code is pretty common and wanted to know where I should start. I don't know if it's worth mentioning, I have had NO check engine lights.
