  1. Thanks for the welcome! I’ve cleared them a few times, and they always come back the same. The clutch position sensor is bad on mine…that’s a separate issue I need to fix.
  2. New here with my newly purchased 2002 Carrera 6 speed with 136,000 miles on it. One owner, and car was dealer maintained since new. Has LN IMS bearing installed. Check engine light came on a few days after purchase. I attached an image of the codes pulled up on my Durametric. I can hear the SAI pump whine when I first start the engine. It stumbles a bit when first started. Once warm it runs great and has good power through the rev range, however there's a very slight hesitation somewhere around 4,000rpm...maybe at the point where the Variocam actuators are supposed to work? Also the idle moves around a little bit (800-1100rp1) when first coming off from revving it, then settles in around 900. I measured the vacuum at the oil cap and it is 4.5 in. of water at idle which is within spec. I inspected the SAI vacuum lines, and there don't appear to be any cracks. Does anyone know if or how the SAI and Camshaft errors are related? They show up at the same time...and on both banks! If I clear the codes they all come back within a few days of driving. What should I test next?
