  1. They tried and failed to code the remote to the vehicle? Correct. Claimed it wouldn't code. One has to believe there is a way around it.?? I read the following on rennlist, but have not esearched it yet. If you're still interested in getting this functionality Webasto is supposed to be who provides the unit for the Cayenne. http://www.webasto.us/am/en/am_auto_heaters_444.html It looks like they also offer a remote option in the US.
  2. Wingless, just curious if you've had one programmed for your Cayenne? I tried to buy a remote at the dealer, but they could not get the remote programmed. Claimed it is only programmable w/ ROW (rest of world) vehicles, not USA. Sounds screwy, but they showed me in their manual where it stated ROW.... Thanks in advance! TR
  3. Just read in a TSB that there is a remote control for the auxiliary heater. This is the first time I've heard about a remote. Is this an option that can be purchased? Thanks! Tim
