  1. Where are you guys located? I'm also very interested in performance springs... I live in SoCal and was wondering what's a good reputable shop to get these springs installed at? I was debating between Eibach, H&R, and Techart... What size did you eventually get? How much did it lower it? Thanks!
  2. When are the new Cayennes coming out? Just wondering... Also, is it true that the S will have 50hp more?
  3. Better pics... So after 2 years of having my Baby STI, the time has come to say goodbye... however, there is still a small chance that I might keep it. And if I don't keep it, I might get a Camry SE for daily driving... So to place the STI, I got the 2006 Cayenne S... mods so far (and not planning to do more): clear sidemarkers, PIAA yellow ion bulbs in sidemarkers, PIAA yellow ion bulbs in fog lights, and 20" Gemballa Racing (black edition) wheels with Michelin Diamaris tires.
  4. Question to anyone with these wheels (or similar)... Is it safe to wash them with a wheel brush? Is it safe to use wheel spray cleaners on them? Sorry... never had black wheels with polished lip and don't want to scratch/damage the wheel or the lip. Thanks!
  5. I know the pics are not very clear and stuff... but just wanted to share... I'll take better pics later. Just got new wheels, 20" Gemballa Racing Black Edition with Polished Lip wheels on Michelins.
  6. ...I know I could remove the headlight and tail light to answer this question but if someone has done it already and know the answer why go though the hassle right? Are the front and rear blinkers amber or are they white/yellow but the housing has an amber fixture? Thanks!
  7. Yoko Geo is what Mudman means- Geolander. Both the Geo and Advan ST are directional, the Michelins are not. I have heard alot of bad things from many friends about Yoko tires- cupping, flat spots, and issues with road force balancing. I have the Bridgestone Turanzas and had the Continentals- love them both, but that's my opinion. For the tire size 275/40/20 there are not too many options (for summer tires), only Mich Diamaris, Yoko Advan ST, Contis, and Pirellis. I heard bad things about the Pirellis and the Michs simply don't last long enough to be paying $300+ per tire... that is why I was considering the Yokos instead. I have a set of Yokohama Advan Neovas on my STI and they are amazing... grip like a mofo and haven't had any problems with them. Can someone care to explain to me why directional tires would be a problem on the Cayenne? I believe the Advan Neovas are also directional on my STI which is also a AWD and never had any sort of problems. Thanks!
  8. Yoko GO? Never heard of it... so the Yokos Advan ST are directional? What's the difference? Are the Diamaris not directional?
  9. I am debating if I should go for Michelin Diamaris or Yokohama Advan ST tires... they both have similar performances according to TireRack (and the specs are almost identical) but the Yokos are suppose to last longer (according to the treadwear grade - 220 vs. 320). I heard that the Michelins don't last very long and was wondering if the Yokos would be the same despite the higher treadwear grade. I'm looking for good performance but I would also like for the tires to last more than 15k miles. For everyone who has either tires... how long did they last you? Did you like em? Good performance? I am debating which to get to go with 20" Gemballa wheels... Thanks!
  10. One last question about the offset... OEM for 20" is OS 60 in the front OS 51 in the rear... Gemballas 20" are OS 41 in the front and OS 60 in the rear... Is there a reason why the offset for the Gemballas are lower in the front and higher in the rear (backwards from OEM)? I'm new at all this wheel thing so bare with me... =)
  11. Does anyone have a picture of a titanium Cayenne with 20" gemballa racing in black? Or can someone photoshop it for me? Thanks!
  12. This is my car now... I really wanna get 20" so I was considering to get the Gemballa Racing... Price with Mich tires are about $5000+... I found a similar wheel on tirerack, the AT Italia Presa... Price with Mich tires are about $3000+... Both wheels are basically identical... however, I have not found a SINGLE Cayenne with the AT Italia Presa on ANY forum. Any suggestion as to which one I should get? Reasons as to why the AT Italia is not popular? Thanks! Also... my current OEM wheels are 19", do I need wheel spacers if I go for 20s?
  13. I live in Los Angeles, California (USA). Are those things really $450+?
  14. Where to get eyelids for headlight? Looked everywhere but haven't found it... CLICK HERE FOR SAMPLE
  15. Thanks! But where could I get yellow bulbs for the side markers? Can you put LEDs instead? Will these fit? http://www.eautoworks.com/html/ORD-1-1-1-2626.cfm
  16. Will these fit? I know they are H11s but I searched online and found out that H11s also come with different sockets so I was wondering is its the one that has 3 metal things on the bottom or the one with a "L" shaped plastic thing? Also, is the stock for light 55W? Thanks! http://www.eautoworks.com/html/ORD-1-1-1-100339.cfm
  17. This is the only website that I found that has it... http://www.gmpperformance.com/index.cfm?PG=Cart&CM=View I have an 06 Cayenne S so I assume should be the same for 05 and 04 too right? Where did you get yours at? And where can I get yellow (not amber) bulbs that will fit and work properly in the side marker? Thanks!
