  1. Thanks for the links but the seller ended the auction early because he sold the item from his shop which was the other link so he didn't have any in stock and then he bid against me on another ipod cable on ebay and I lost that too !!! so I am still looking any leads still appreciated cheers Alistair
  2. I have booked the Boxster in to have the pitiful stereo upgraded and I am having a a becker grand prix 7990 hedunit put in part of the point of this is because it accepts the Becker Ipod adaptor cable that charges the Ipod and allows it to be controlled from the headunit, the only problem is that the place I am haveing the work done doesn't have the cable in stock and I can't find anywhere on the net that has, they are all stating a short supply from becker and no deliveries till July !!!! does anybody know some where that has some stock or is anybody selling a second hand one after an upgrade Thanks Alistair
  3. Not sure which Bluetooth device you are adding but generally with most non radio specific bluetooth modules they connect the audio via inline speaker connections i.e. you disconnect the headunit speaker connections from the car wiring and then connect headunit to Bluetooth and then bluetooth to care speaker connections. This is just general info so hope it's of some use, it might stop you searching for an elusive audio in connection :-) Alistair
  4. Hi Richard the AVIC-HD1BT looks lovely, I have been thinking of doing this in my Boxster, can you tell me the place where you got this done (I'm not far from you in Bracknell) the included fitting sounds good, what was the cost all in? Also are you happy with the sat nav and the UK speed camera operation? Where do you have the Ipod connection? Sorry for all the questions you just seem best placed to answer them. Cheers Alistair
