Does anyone have an idea for a skid plate to protect the underside of the front trunk? The transition between the driveway to my home as well as the one at work to the roadway is such that I scrape the underside of my car every day, regardless of how slow I drive. Eventually, I'm going to wear through the undercoating as well as the fasteners holding the bumper.
I was thinking of gluing lexan (or similar) pieces at the touch points; sort of like knee pucks on my Alpinestars suit, except they'd be flat 3"x4"x.25" pieces. Any other ideas?
