  1. While it's nothing to worry about, it is annoying. We have some pretty bumpy roads in Hawaii and I hear it daily. When I have some time, I'm going to try out the fix from the Caymanclub forum.
  2. It's happened a couple of times to me during the first two weeks of ownership. Each time, the car was parked on a slight downslope (tail down). My dealer said the same thing and I've seen others report this on the Caymanclub forum. I'm now at 1750 miles (2 months) and it hasn't recurred.
  3. Thanks! That's a great idea.
  4. Thanks! I'll look into this one. It may help some, but the scraping is occurring further back; at the bottom of the trunk as shown here ...
  5. Does anyone have an idea for a skid plate to protect the underside of the front trunk? The transition between the driveway to my home as well as the one at work to the roadway is such that I scrape the underside of my car every day, regardless of how slow I drive. Eventually, I'm going to wear through the undercoating as well as the fasteners holding the bumper. I was thinking of gluing lexan (or similar) pieces at the touch points; sort of like knee pucks on my Alpinestars suit, except they'd be flat 3"x4"x.25" pieces. Any other ideas?
