  1. I'm a manager at a salvage pool called Copart Auto Auctions. Recently we received a very nice '05 Carrera GT which we are processing on behalf of an insurance company. The CGT is lightly damaged and looks like it will probably start but the battery is totally dead. I spoke with the dealership and they were little help. They knew where the battery was and we were able to locate it but we have been unable to figure out how to open the faring up to access it so that we can hook up a jump box. We are preparing to submit to the DMV for a salvage certificate and I think the difference between being able to submit for actual vs not actual mileage will make a signifigant difference in the value of the vehicle. There is something inside of me that loves this car as well and I would really like to do all I can for it. If anyone has any idea how to jump start this beauty plese help me out. Thanks, Mike W.
