  1. Maurice, you were correct. The timing was off. I simply had to lubricate the tracks and linkages. A good lesson learned on preventative maintenance. Thanks again.

  3. Hi everyone, I have a 2000 986, The soft top light indicator comes off once the top is down (as it should) but stays on when it's up... Any idea on what is the cause and how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
