  1. Thanks for the input. I checked all electrical connections and the cruise now works. I can't be sure, but I think it was the main plug connection into the cruise unit was not making proper contact.
  2. I have a 1999 C2 6 speed with a cruise problem. Basically, the green light comes on with the switch at the end of the control stalk as normal, but the cruise will only work for about 1-2 minutes after starting the car. After that time the speed slowly drops off until the cruise is not working at all. Even if I turn it off and on, or reset it, the cruise will not start to work again until after the car has been shut off for a while (like over night). A work order from the mechanic of a previous owner says "the cruise works while the generator is disconnected". Is this possibly a grounding issue or??? All input would be appreciated.
