Hey --- Looks like we're getting no luck here ... I gotta admit, I'm thinking of taking it to the dealership to have it installed. They have to be able to figure out a way to do it with a retrofit, right? I don't know if you saw my post on the other forum but long story short I was shipped the wrong PSE system ... new one will come in within a few weeks. What a PITA thus far ... I hope it's worth the wait and expense. Josh

Any input to solve this dilemma would be fantastic. I am also in the same "jam" if you will ... I have the PSE system (pre-2002) and the switch right now, but no part # for and therefore no relay or harness, etc. If you could include the part #s for this installation, that would be fantastic. My car is a 2001 base model. Kevin, did you come across a pdf file for the switch diagram for the 986? Also, can I get some clarity about this: "the relay is version "2". The terminals are different in the "3" (both activity and location) according to the wiring diagram for the switch so I don't see any way to use the "2"." Forgive me but I'm a bit confused. Is the "3" the relay for the post-2002 version? Thanks in advance! Josh
