  1. Thanks for the replys...maybe I just need to figure out how to navigate the site better. I was just asking so thanks everyone for not getting upset. I have to admit I was out enjoying mine today too!
  2. I jus bought my 996TT, contributed to this forum, and I must say I'm pretty disapointed. After days and days there are no new posts and the activity seems really low compared to 6speed and others. Whats the story? Why is no one posting here and why is the activity so low?
  3. I really like those too but I saw that car in person here in Chicago and the tires were sticking quite far out the fenders in the rear. I think they may have been 19"s but I don't recall for sure. Good luck, those are certainly good looking but priced rediculously high for their build type etc. Just so you know, the whole wheel is a light pressure cast wheel, then they add the stainless lip. If they were half or two thirds what they are asking I'd get a set as well. But you can buy some really fine Champions for the same money. Appreciate the help, RG955TT. I've been trying to find out what they were for a while now :) I was seriously considering purchasing a set of hollow spoke GT3 wheels with the 18x12 rears that recently sold on eBay for $1800 but I think that these are going to be the ones I end up with. Porsche seemed to stay with 295/30ZR18s even on the Turbo S rather than fitting the 315/30ZR18s so there must be a reason for staying with the "narrower" tire (probably top speed).
  4. I got some help from another forum as I liked these too and no one here was helping you out...they are RH Wheels model MK-Dynamic. I called RH Wheels, and unfortunatley they are a cast wheel (not forged so they will bend easier) weighing in at 28 lbs for the rears (some 8 pounds more than a typical Champion wheel which is a forged wheel) and they cost about $1000 ea for the fronts and 1200 ea for the rears, pretty stiff coin for a cast center 2 piece wheel (about $500 cheaper than a Champion wheel set). I really like the look but not sure I wouldn't go for Champions for the performance (light weight at 20 or so pounds) or Techarts (kind of heavy at 32 pounds) for the looks for similar or less money. BTW, stock hollow spokes weigh in at about 26.5 pounds ea for the rears. GMP performance carries them in the wide body fitment. Hope this helps you out...post pics if you buy a set for your ride.
