Don't forget the gas stabilizer
If someone has been in the doors and the rain shield is not fully sealed to the door, it will allow water to enter also
Why are you replacing the head gasket? oil in the coolant? These cars have a problem with the oil cooler seals leaking oil in to the cooling system and you would think you have a head gasket problem I have never looked at the Haynes I have the factory manuls Is it a turbo, NA or S ?

The torque multiplier works better, then you are not lugging a 4 foot torque wrench around and you can use an existing 1/2 drive torque wrench. Stahlwille makes a torque multiplier 1/2" in 3/4 " out . 169 ft lbs in will produce 590 ft lbs out Sells for $1500.00 CENTER_NUT.pdf
There are enthusiast kits that have the round or the OBD2 plug. These kits only work with 3 VIN numbers Then there is a pro kit, it has the round and OBD2 plugs. Unlimited VINs The racing kit has the round, OBD2 and the factory race car plug.
