    If your Cayenne is prewired (like mine), you should find a optical wire hanging around where the CD changer should be. It is also lighted red when ignition.

    Mine is a 2002 C4 Cab 6 speed. I checked with both dealers. One of the dealers told me that the P/N 000 044 500 30 is the US M030 not ROW. He said P/N for the ROW M030 is 000 044 500 16. The other dealer told me that P/N 000 044 500 30 is ROW M30 and 000 044 500 16 is for model year 99 to 01 C4 Cab 6 spd. They both confirmed that they are right. I don't know who I should trust. Loren, could you tell me what 000 044 500 16 is?

    I placed the order at Sunset Imports, Jeff Clark, who has the correct P/N & information but no stock or ETA. I have done business with Jeff @ Sunset Import few times. Great service, highly recommand.

    Thanks Loren, Can you verify 000 044 500 30 is for a narrow body C4 & no the C4S, since there is no C4 narrow body after 02. Thanks. One of the dealers told me that the swaybars are option.

    I got different answers from different dealer and I am more confuse. Could Loren or someone clearify this for me? The ROW M030 p/n for a 2002 Carrera 4 Cab, is it 00004450016 or 00004450030? For the kit, does it come with front and back stabilizer bars & bushings, or just the shorts and springs? Thanks for help.

    Loren, Is that mean I need to order the "955 044 900 28 Compass Module" from the dealer and have the dealer input the code with my vin at their end. The dealer should give me another code (decrped?). Then use the PIWIS tester to enter the decrped code to the vehicle? Thanks.

    Default (current Blue) Ashes to Ashen (Black) Orange You Glad (Orange) Tanned Hide (Beige) I still like the default blue. The black looks good but might be hard to read.

    Hi Loren, Someone offers a set of caliper from 993 C4. Do you know will it work with my 02 C4 Cab? I am thinking if they are the same, I can buy it and have it paint in red and keep my original.

    When I installed my PSE few years ago, I did the driver side first without taking the wheel off. The car was on a lift. I had hard time to rotate the old muffler to the right angle & slided it out. Also a lot of effort to put the PSE in. I didn't want to scratch the panel or the heat shield. I took the rear wheel off when I did the other side and it was installed very easy. I think for someone with experience, it is not necessary to remove the wheels. If it's first time and don't have any helper, I would suggest take the rear wheels off. BTW, mine rears are 18" 285 From Gary's picture, it looks a lot easier with the rear bumper off. Gary, How long does it take to remove & put the bumper?

    I know the bolts on my Cayenne is a litter longer than my Carrera. They are interchangable.

    Is that a way that you could put the switch in the engine compartment area instead at the console to save labor hours? I love my PSE and enjoy the sound all the time. Except on long trip, I can flip a switch to have it disabled before hours of driving in the freeway.

    I did mine last year and the hardest was taken the bumper off. Do a search on the Cayenne DIY section and there are lots of articals months back.

    I tried OEM black rubber floor mat for my Cayenne & others for my C4. The black rubber mats look so dirty no matter how well you clean it. After that, I switched to coco mats. It has rubber bottom the same as the rubber mat but with a nice patten to match the color of the color. There were custom made from www.cocomats.com.     A valet key shouldn't able to unlock a glovebox or trunk for any car. I think this is a valet key for.

    I was wondering how much to order a valet ket? It good to have complete set like other cars or even p-cars. Anyone know?

    Started 2005, only two keys without valet. The 2004 had 3, 2 with remote & 1 valet.
