  1. I added a turbo front bumper as well. My local pro did the work, but he said he had to trim/cut the edges of the front cross bar to make it fit. Most people take that bar off outright, but cutting it and leaving it in helps to maintain structural integrity incase of accidents. See my car on Latest vehicles for a look. bmohr 1999 C4 coupe, ocean blue metallic.
  2. Thanks for the advice. Yes..the battery was diagnosed "good" and the amp meter reads 14. Everything normal but the slow crank after engine is warm. Seems to be getting a little weaker as time goes by. I'll have my tech look at the starter. How much was yours to replace? Or did you do it yourself? Thanks for the advice! This issue was starting to worry me. bmohr
  3. Hello. I've searched this board for similar issues, but couldn't find any. Ever since purchase the car cranks very slowly after I drive it and stop for errands or whatnot. Now, it's never NOT started after a long drive. BUT it seems so weak it scares the crap out of me. Anyone have this issue, or any advice troubleshooting this thing? Any help is MUCH appreciated! Thanks in advance! Brian Mohr 1999 C4 Coupe 87k Miles
  4. Need feedback on buying Headers for my 1999 C4 Coupe. I've seen prices from 90 bucks to 400 bucks. Anyone have experience or advice/links to a high quality Header for a good price? Thank you for any advice. Bmohr
  5. water issues? Can any extensive damage occur...or is this just a "stall" issue? I put on my K+N a few thousand miles ago and no issues..except once I took it to the car wash and didn't turn off the engine and it stalled on me. But started fine after wash ended. If this water issue can wreck my 996 i'm taking it off! bmohr
