  2. If you live anywhere near Chatham, give Gene a call at Autohaus... He reliable, reasonable and won't try to sell you something you don't need... I've been using him for years. Bob
  3. The book everyone seems to recommend is The Used 911 Story, by Peter Zimmerman...Check out Rennlist he's always answering questions, seems like a really nice guy. Good Luck with your search.. Bob
  4. Peter Zimerman has a book "The Used 911 Story", that everyone seems to recommend... Haven't read it myself so I can't say for sure, but I'd look into it.. Everyone has their own preference with respect to year and model, but your budget should get you something really nice.... put some aside for unexpected repairs and mods your going to want to make. A good PPI is the only way to go when you find the car you want
  5. I thought I'd introduce myself, new to forum... But not to Porsche... Owned several over the years and currently have two, a 1987 911 and 1984 930.. Love them both...
