  1. Try 6411 or 6409 Loren!~ TY for getting back to me so quickly... unfortunately neither the 6409 or 6411 worked?? Do I try 6407 or 6413? or? Todd Yes you can try that - it has worked for a few folks. Just keep trying a two digit difference each time. If all else fails you will need to contact a dealer or Becker. DARN, I "Have" to drive for another hour!~~! btw, the English web site mentioned for $18 for an instant code requires Internet Explorer as a browzer [ie, not this Apple!~] Thanks again for all your help!~~! Todd I drove for the hour, tried 6413 [2 up from the original suggestion of 6411, no avail, but then 6412 DID work!~ YEAH... our weekend trip had music, THANKS TO THE EFFORTS of Loren and this site. Plz read all the info on here, it took me about 10m and I found out quite a bit.. the TP info [holding the TP button for 10s to get your model and serial #'s, the idea that the code Loren gives you first is a best estimate, the 2nd # is also a stab, and most likely if those don't work, something Very Close will... be patient, wait the time necessary that your manual says [60s at first attempts, then progresses up to an HOUR ...60 minutes... of the car AND radio being ON... and if that fails, Becker will process your request after some basic info & $30, or worst case, a trip to your dealer... Good Luck, I hope everyone has the good fortune and incessantly patient help of this fine site and it's tech rep, LOREN... THANK YOU, TYTYTY... & Happy Motoring, Todd

  4. Loren!~ I may finally be figuring out how to post on here!~ Sorry for the blond roots.. I bought our car a year ago, and just now realized that the battery replacement entails inputting the radio code, of which I never Got from the out of state dealer!~ [& it wasn't even a Porsche dealer either!] anyway, I have READ the posts [!~~! :):) ], and Have gotten the S#, etc from the TP portion of the Becker radio I have, and Will try up or down 2 #'s from the code you [hopefully, Please Please!~!~] are able to find on my behalf?... I will be eternally grateful for any help/info you can provide... I believe the info You need from me is as follows: Becker radio CDR 220 4362 S# 15001795 24/99 2002 Boxster S Thank you in advance for your time and efforts, my gosh, there are a LOT of people you must have been able to help on here!~ Happy Motoring, Todd
