  1. I would take car and remote to the deal. Most likely the remote has gone bad. Most likely it will need to be replaced. However, it could be the pick-up in the car. Or it could have lost it code. There is no cut off switch. It is hard wired in the car.
  2. What may be happening is that the system is receiving an invalid password from the Pass-Lock cylinder and the ECM will then shut off fuel. So what happens is that sometimes it will start and stall and other times it will just crank. Also check the distributor.
  3. Hi there. Check all the fuses (even in the PDB) get a test light and check the power at the horn itself. If the relay is clicking, it means its working. It will be mounted in the front USUALLY inside the bumper... or along a fender well. A car horn does not look like a typical ideal of a horn, it will be a black, Cinnamon roll looking thing with a square boxed opening, should have a 2 wire harness leading to it, use the test light there while she honks the horn, if it lights up, get a new horn, fairly cheap and easy task.
  4. Sounds like your dip switch is crack. Should be able to get a replacement from a breakers cheap enough. I have the same problem with my front fog lights. The first thing I would check is the contacts within the stalk itself, this may mean sourcing a stalk from a scrapyard and trying that. They do wear out over time.
