  1. When rolling down the streets or into a driveway, I am hearing a squeaky sound, but only at very low speeds. The car makes no noise whatsoever, until the other night when I was driving slowly away after dropping off a relative at her house. I had the windows down and I heard very squeaky noises, as if the pads are worn, but I was not braking, I was giving it gas but was going slowly because the streets were narrow. I didn't think too much of it until I came home into my driveway, and I rolled slowly inside and I also heard the same noise. Does anyone have insight into what the problem could be? My guess is that it has to do with the electric parking brake, and it was not properly released. That day I parallel parked on the streets and the brake would automatically light up, and I would turn it off, but somehow it seems that the brakes did not fully release from the rear wheels? Another concern is that I drove very hard on the highway until I started hearing the noise, which was already late at night, now hoping that I didn't further damage anything!
  2. My ash tray won't stay closed. It is not "locking" in, and now the tray is just laying out and it's in the way since the shifter is right by it. I tried pulling it out (as far as it would go without yanking it) and checking what is causing this, but I can't seem to find the culprit. The hinges seem find and the tray itself slides fine, but the "pushing" in just wouldn't catch. And this failure causes it to pop back out rapidly, which seemed quite dangerous. Any help is appreciated!
  3. My steering wheel feels slightly crooked (too much lean on the right) and I have been driving with this problem since I last brought the suv in for new spark plugs and coils. I had mentioned to my SA that the wheel felt heavy at some points while driving, and the tech checked it out but found no problems with the steering wheel. I think the tech probably messed around with the wheel and now it is is "off", and it is especially noticeable when driving on the highway (keeping the suv straight means the wheel is slightly bent to the right). So my question is there any way to fix this without the hassle of calling up my SA and telling them about this issue and possibly wasting more time at the dealer?
  4. That price is steep! How much are you saving by getting the remanufactured cluster? I am thinking of getting a new cluster too because the front display is noticeably dimmer than usual, not sure why because everything is stock (untouched so far!), and the clear plastic cover is scratched too.
  5. Thanks for the write-up! I am considering to get this onto my titanium turbo too. The plate makes the front end look way more aggressive than it already is.
