  1. I still think having a spare tire is like having a condom in your wallet; you thinks about it but never use it! (no offense, just for laughs!) ;) But I agree with Mark; today's tires don't blow out severely on a whim, so carrying a can of fix-a-flat is good enough for me.
  2. Long time ago a Ferrari sales person told me "People who drives these types of cars don't change tires them selves!" so for the $800+ you paid, you could have call a taxi cab, pay for the road side assistance and still keep your boot space! Hee..Hee... :P
  3. I have a 2009 C2S with PDK, put in about 3,500 Km (2,100 mils.) so far nothing as you described. Give us updates after you visit the repair shop! Thanks.
  4. Was driving down the high way with Valentine One mounted just below the rear-mirror; traffic was light, weather was good, and all of a sudden there was a Cop with a laser speed gun standing at the side of the road!! before I can scream "SH*T"!! I was passing by him at about 50 mph (speed limit 35 mph). I didn't get pull over, but was shocked that V1 did not give me any warning at all!! it was like... V1 didn't even work!! Yes, I do have a 10% clear film on my wind shield, but still, no warning from V1 at all. But I know the K & X band warning works on the V1 cuz it beeps like crazy when I pass by the grocery stores. Need to find a good laser detector, anyone knows an alternative to V1??? (Cops in Hawaii uses only laser speed guns)
  5. Just finished install my V1 on the new 2009 C2S PDK couple days ago, the easiest way (in my opinion) is to tap into the interior light pod, if you need information you can look here.... http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...lentine+install Good luck; love the arrows on V1.
  6. Self dimming mirror comes with Rain Sensor in one package as an option from factory so it'd be difficult to add on just the dimmer, however, the 2009 C2S with PDK are a must!
  7. Got my 2009 C2S with PDK, LOVE IT! got about 1,000 miles on it-- no problems.
