  1. Hi Guys, If anybody out there has the Becker CDR210 head unit and like me has been trying to look for an ipod interface that works w/ the unit 'coz you just dont want to change that stock looking cockpit. Check out this website www.solisto.de. This german company claims their gadget works w/ the head unit cdr210. I ordered one and will arrive in 2 weeks. Stand by for my post about it.
  2. Thanks for the quick reply, we spoke just yesterday he is recommending the m033 springs w/ the hds. he said the m030s just way to stiff for the chassis. But what I wanted to know is there any other options where in I could put a double spring set up (main spring w/ tender spring maybe 4") w/ the same kind of soft ride w/ minimal lowering height? I tried asking H&Rs they want me to ask nilstein for the required spring height then I called bilstein they dont know the stock height of the springs. Anyway, just want to have that option 1st if posibble and also would like to hear your opinion, if not then probably I would just go w/ Gert's recommendation w/c is go w/ the m033 springs.
  3. Hi Loren, I would like to upgrade my stock springs and shocks for my 993 targa, what I have right now are the stock springs w/ red color code and the green colored shocks. I am planning to get the bilstein HDs w/ extra adjustable threading in carnewal.com and would like to customize my suspension by installing a double spring set up w/c means a spring set w/ the tender springs but to do this I have to give the spring supplier the exact free lenght of stock springs and inside diameter to know how to match it. Would you have this specs of these stock springs? If not, do you have any reccommendations? My purpose for doing this is to lower my car only around 3/4" to 1" w/c means not to low, 'coz getting H&Rs or eibachs means I have to lower more than 1". Also, since The roads where I live (Philippines) are really bad I only want low spring rates w/c is only around 175lbs to 200lbs./inch fronts and 300lbs to 325lbs/inch rear. looking forward for your enlightenment. caleb
  4. HI Lore, I would like to request for a radio code for my 1999 996 coupe. Thanks in advance. CR220 type BE4466 serial number W5008009 Try 1071 or 1069 Hi Loren, The numbers 1071 or 1069 did not work. Any other ideas? Also, howcome the model says cr2200 instead of cr220?
