  1. Yes I sold whole car actually and the old tips thanks

  2. Hi, You might want to try the Quaife Automatic TBD (Torque Biased Differential). It's a helical gear based differential which doesn't require much attention once it's fitted. Product code is QDF12Q. Actually for the Cayman S model as your car has the same engine and drivetrain. Yes I have seen that and is probably what I will do. Will it work with the PASM suspension system?
  3. Anyone know the Porsche part numbers for the Makassar wood shifter with sand beige leahter boot and matching Makassar E-brake with same leather? Thank you
  4. Given your situation I would take a Boxster over those others in a heart beat. I would get the MY09 (more bhp) with the PDK7 no clutch to worry about and fastest shifting possible especially in aggressive acceleration. :D
  5. Does your car have the storage compartment behind seats between rollbar? Or do you have a subwoofer there?
  6. Only thing I think this car needs now is some Wood highlights in interior of that real dark wood, and maybe a 2009 limited slip diff then it is a very unique Boxster set up for driving pleasure!
  7. So, that was $1,300 for the rear bumper cover, spoiler, paint and install? Seems like a pretty good deal. Did you or are you planning to do the front splitters too? Did Sunset just sell you the aero kit for the rear end? Yes it included front rs-60 type aero splitters. Have pix in my registry. Sunset gave great deal. Was only one left in country paid $3700 with shipping for aero kit option code is XAL.
  8. Thanks I had dealer in Denver area do it (Prestige Imports). $1300 for paint and install. Car now has some aspects of Limited edition and the RS-60
  9. Fixed!! Took some special wrenches I did not have but delaer got her adjusted. Checkit out also RS-60 tips!
  10. Yeah I have to post them tonite after work. Kit looks awesome otherwise. I found a TSB for the sport design package option XAL here on site and there seems to be an adjustable screw on top of rod. Now just have to see if I can screw that rod down the 1/2 inch or if it is already bottomed out. Here is a picture of gap
  11. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ost&p=73081 Darn OK was going to give copy to the body shop so they could fix my spoiler
  12. Hi if any of the monitors are online can you tell me if I can print out the TSB I can read online here? I can't seem to get it to work.
  13. Yeah that's the rub a dealership did do the work so I could keep it under manufacturer's warranty. I don't think DME is involved other than speed trigger at 75 MPH. I told them I found TSB info on this site and I think they are a little embarrased.

  15. Yes that is it. Don't you think those look flush? Certainly less than 1/2 inch I would say. Look at end pieces they look like they touch mine has a 1/2 in gap there too.

  17. Hi I finally got my aero kit on the 2008 Boxster-S but when I picked it up I noticed a gap between bottom of upper moveable spoiler and fixed duck-tail base. About 1/2 inch. I called shop and they said that was first one they had put on and could not get it to go down any lower. I verified they had top wing pushed all the way down on posts. The kit I had was supposed to have everything you need to make change. It was obviously a factory kit I got through Sunset imports off this site. Anyone know if that wing is adjustable so I can take gap out? Everey picture I have seen of aero kit and the Limited Edition from 2008 (which has same rear system) shows them flush when closed all the way. Thanks for any advice.
  18. I don't have it but have seen it. Much more smooth, shiny appearance. Very Nice. I want to use the dark wood accents in future I think those are very good looking.
  19. I can drop mine from about 12 inches and it will latch. You might just need to adjust it to latch tighter
  20. Hi Depends on your option codes. But I have a very simple interior with leather sport adaptive seats. The door handle, pockets and shifter boot are leather (as of course the seats) But I think everything else is synthetic. Look at my registry pix and I have a good shot of interior.
  21. I will probably sell stock tip if I can. I will post pix on my registry. I am trying to combine highlights of both the RS-60 and the Limited Edition in 1 car.
  22. Was looking at LSD for my 2008 BoxsterS and they did not offer this as a factory option in 08 apparently. I know they offer it in 2009 model. Does anyone think it would work on the 2008 S model? Thanks
  23. Thanks for advice, I called and checked and you can loosen stock mufflers and slip this one right on with no hassle or modifications. FYI apparently they have a new "improved" version of the RS60 tips what that was Suncoast wasn't sure.
