  1. Could oil tube leaks cause ruff running and rattling while stopped. I have a rattling problem in the top part of my intake also bad gas mileage no codes at all. Ty
  2. I opened up the lid and the top intake plastic seems to vibrate like a screwdriver in the plastic intake tube while idleing.
  3. What is the thing that's winds down when you shut off the engine like rrrrrr I think that is what I'm hearing . fan, pump?

  5. I had one p11?? For the pre cat sensor on the pass side, oil leaks there from the spark plug tube and some was on the sensor I cleaned it off then it didn't come back
  6. My cap comes of easy ,only symptoms are noise, running rich a little smoking and I had O2 related code on the right that didn't come back. Could it still be the aos what else could I check?
  7. Rrrrr hollow rubber sound with engine throttling. After engine warms up. 00 boxster s 60k miles. My guess would be emissions related not belt or engine but is disturbing since I had alternator clutch replacement problem . any ideas thanks.
  8. I had to use a die on the shaft thread while holding with a10 mm triple square hard to keep it straight. I made a double tool I have a mini lathe then I wrenched it tight.

  10. Noise varies with rpm sounds like rrrrr vacuum like sound no smoke just exhaust smell
  11. Another problem before my pulley came off lol not. I have a rrrrr sound in the rear motor area. And I seem to have more emissions but no codes yet. Oily smell like carbon. No idea what to look for. Its not the belt that's fixed.

  13. Would it be safe to fix the thread on the shaft with a die the part on the end is gone?
  14. It came with a single tool just a17mm to the big splines in the center and instructions that's how I got it off but no go tightening it down ,now it's ruined and won't go back on at all
  15. So it didn't stay on with electric impact wrench now what . I'm gonna try to torque it by hand if I can get it back on same part number as what came off 5 th revision looks messed up inside compared to the old one ouch
  16. My loss of power may be engine related no cel but seems to run rich and choke a bit when I give it gas
  17. I don't race mine once I went to a specialist who aligned Porsches and other like cars he didn't drive it and my tires where worn in one season not so good
  18. Factory specs 0.06 total toe front which seems like a lot 0.10 rear . handling seems OK not too exciting seemed better with front toe towards zero even negative, better performance but the dealer prob doesn't want to redo . nobody seems to want to things twice. What do you do?
  19. When I turn it it felt smooth but I didn't test the clutch itself yet
