  1. Thanks guys. I did the foot on each seat with the sunroof open and it finally came loose. Very tough thing to get off. Thanks again for the help.
  2. I'm trying to remove the stock shifter on my 996 in order to install a Carbon Fiber Shifter. The stock shifter doesn't have the retaining bolt. I can't pull the shifter off. I've exerted a massive amount of force trying to pull it straight off. The black plastic sleeve that is below the graphite grey leather nor the knob will budge a millimeter. Any suggestions?
  3. Corey, if you don't mind. Where did you order your PCM2 from and how badly were the damages? I'm interested in upgrading my 2003 C2 to the PCM2 unit.
  4. Jenner, Just in case you didn't catch it on the other forum. I'll pull my taillights this weekend and take pictures of where the reinforcements were installed in case you don't find out by then.
  5. Have you tried contacting paintscratch.com. They will match the paint to your paint code. You can buy a spray can and I've heard about people having good success with their products.
  6. Were they able to get the -20deg.20min. toe differential angle?
  7. C2, but get the x74 suspension or at least the RoW M030 suspension.
  8. Well my dealer sent me the laminated certificate as a purchase gift :clapping:
  9. Yeah I doubt within normal speeds that you can drive on roads within most countries (especially the US) that you'll notice much problems. I've heard the problems occur with lift starting at 120mph+ speeds. Personally, I would wait till you can buy the full kit as the painting would be smarter to be done as one unit using the same paint for consistency.
  10. I see that the FAQ on ww.986faqs.com, along with the website, isn't functional. I was wondering if anybody, Loren?, has instructions on removal of the center console and installation of a new handbrake and shift knob? Thanks.
