  1. Sorry for that! I guess that the fact that I drove my Porsche to and from the event is no excuse.. :) I can remove my post if you want? Regards /Pär
  2. BTW: Another interesting event I attended on two weeks ago at a Swedish track.. Formula Renault 2,0: Chassie: Carbon-fibre Monocoque, carbon bodywork Engine: 2,0L Renault engine with 220hk (related to Clio Renault Sport 2.0 16V) Acceleration: 0-100km/h på 2,3 sec Top speed: 270 km/h Transmission: Sequentially controlled, dog-clutch box with 6 forward gears, changeable ratios, self-locking differential Tyres: Michelin Fuel tank : 38 litres Weight: 490 kg This was definitely mindblowing and something I hope to do again.
  3. Mostly?!? You can not say like that..and not say the rest.. Where?? :) :D Mods: * FVD stg 3 (540hk/760Nm) * Europipe Stage 2 Quiet * Bailey Diverter Valves * FVD Bilstein PSS9 coilovers * FVD camber plates for PSS9 * FVD Eibach adjustable sway bars * Porsche Motorsport 6-piston/350mm brakes * Pagid Racing Brake Pads - yellow in front/black in rear * FVD Braided Steel Brake Lines * Techart 18" rims, 8½" + 12" * 18" track tires, 235mm + 315mm * Porsche original shortshift * GT3 seats - black leather/alcantara * Porsche Tequipment Safety Roll Bar * Schroth 6-point belts * GT3 RS brake cooling ducts * Cornerweighted * FVD Sport Clutch Kit with Light Weight Flywheel * Rolled rear fenders * Odyssey PC925 lightweight battery Sorry, but if you mean that you want to se my speed and gear in the movie I can't fix that. The movie is just taken with a ordinary bullet cam..nothing fancy.. Regards /Pär
  4. This is my 55th lap at Nürburgring Nordschleife, definitly no attempt to drive a fast lap, but still a BTG around 8:29. I have added the names of the bends of the track as I know them. I'm open for suggestions regarding this.. The sound you hear is a bad "wheel bearing" that desperately needs to be changed. The car is my track modifed 996 Turbo -01. Some pictures taken by Jochen on www.frozenspeed.com
  5. I'm considering an ECU stage 1 or stage 2 upgrade on my 996 turbo -01. Is there anyone here who has any experience with FVD or Manthey Motors and would like to share it?? FVD seem to have a relatively low price. Is the quality/standard of there products also low, or is it a praiseworthy solution? I'm thinking about FVD's "Level 1 360 kW (490 PS)" (Sport Motronic DME exch/Sport Airfilter) or "Level 2 375 kW (510 PS)" (Sport Motronic DME exch/Sport Airfilter/Sport Sportmuffler) upgrade. Why should I pay twice the money to have these products from Manthey Motors ? I know...many questions.. Most grateful for any answers! :notworthy:  __________________ Regards /Pär
