The door button does not open the rear window, it unlocks the rear lid only.
Refer to page 176-177 of the owners manual. -

If you can use a multimeter, you can measure the wire for continuity / short from the switch to the control module.

Next step would be to confirm the signal from the switch F319 is getting to the control module.

No, the window cannot go all the way down.
It is limited due to the shape of the rear wheel arch.

The fuse wiring does not run to either of the light assemblies direct, so I can't comment on what your measuring.
The fuse wiring runs direct to the "onboard computer network control unit" as per the diagrams I have.
From the control unit, there are seperate outputs to the individual cornering light assemblies.
Creating direct connections to the light assembly may cause damage to the control unit.
What is known about the cornering light system is that if either the left or right circuit is not connected properly, both lights will be disabled.
I would look at confirming the integrity of the connections of the headlamp assemblies to the car wiring when installed.
A loose connection in either assembly connector would disable your cornering light system.

Check the cable that runs from the lever to the transmission mode switch on the transmission.
I've read that the cable may stretch and not position the mode switch correctly down on the transmission.
It may be possible to remove the slack in the cable by adjustment as per link below.

Can you specify from which points you are measuring from.
Specifically what fuse and what headlight connection socket position.
There is no power circuit direct from the fuses to the headlight, the power circuit goes via control modules.
You may also be chasing a missing ground for no reason.
A quick check is if your high beam is turning on when selected, the MB6 ground is ok.
As there are multiple ground circuits from the headlight to MB6, may I suggest you carry out the following procedure:
You should have continuity when measuring from the right headlight socket positions A7, A8, A10 to any part of the chassis.

There was a Porsche introduced power kit with code name IE81 that did convert the stock turbo cars into turbo S variants.
It included the upgraded engine ecu, intercoolers, suspension components, brakes.
When incorporated, the letter "S" is stamped on the engine block.

Turbo S models only appeared from 2006 onwards.

Possibly an intermittent ECU / Engine harness / connection fault.

Firstly confirm if right dash fuse panel control fuses, Fuse f27 and f48 are ok.
Have you plugged in the air hose that pumps up your tires. It should start the compressor when you attempt to pump air.
40 amp Fuse f13 which lives under the left front seat over the battery supplies power to the compressor.

The mirror surround lights are controlled via the drivers and passengers door control units respectively.

Both keys need to be programmed by dealer at the same time.

Voltage from alternator seems normal.
Reseat fuse that supplies power to the comfort control module.
Try reseating the electrical connector to the CCM as well.
Also reseat the tail lamp electrical connector assemblies.
Do you have the original rear tail lights without the LEDS still available?
Try plugging them in to see if it is the light assemblies causing your issue.

Measure your charging voltage at idle and report back.

Toggle the "central locking" button on your armrest to unlock.
That should unlock the rear lid allowing it to be opened from the outside, without you getting out of your seat.
