  1. Thanks guys, I'm on wheel enhancement's wait list (as well as many others). Hadn't heard of parts heaven - is it bad mojo to buy track wheels from a place like that ;)
  2. I've been on the lookout for 2 months for a set of take off C4 wheels. What I need are 8x18 fronts and 11x18 rears for the 997 / 997S. I'll be putting R-comps on them and would rather find an unhappy owner of a set (somebody that brought the car home and switched to aftermarket) and work something out. I've been monitoring eBay and for some reason there are plenty of C2 sets for sale, but no C4. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it (ie: Is there a Porsche "parts swap" anywhere?). Thanks, Ron
  3. It's ironic - I wish my997S came without Xenons... With my M3 I went halogen and bought Hella Xenon Extreme bulbs and was incredibly happy and only spent $75 for highs and lows and put them in myself in about 20 minutes.
  4. Just ordered one through AutoAnything. DustStop by Covercraft for $165 including shipping. Custom made to fit, fantastic cover by the reviews. For what we pay for these cars, I wanted to make sure to buy a good cover that won't scratch, will breath, will keep out the dust, etc.
  5. The PS2 is still my favorite, though I'd like to try the Yoko Neova. I read that Car & Driver test and the flaw is they did not give results price independent. If they did, I bet the PS2 would have won. I ran One Lap in 2005 and all 95 entries could pick from any tire sold at Tire Rack. I'd guess 90% or more were on PS2s. But the Neova wasn't out yet, so maybe that's the new "best" tire... I'd always stick with like tires and similar tread depths...
