  5. I just lost a wheel cap also. LVDell and Loren sent me a couple of sites that have a good selection of replacement caps. I'm guessing they're cheaper than a dealer . . .   7. Can I get pcm1 16bits cd reader buying? part number? I am thinking installing myself..... is very difficult? Note: until 2002 pcm1 disks are supported by navtech, 2004 disks are supported only by Porsche (porsche tequipment) Regards.

  11. there is a thing I dont understand, Pcm1 16 bits is sold in Spain with 8 disks 2004 , not 2002, and you say introducing 2002 disks is necessary to update? I guess Porsche updates software with proper disks and they give updated disks 2004.

  13. I guess to update pcm1 8 bits to 16 bits it is necessary only changing cd reader, not all system. Anyone can confirm? Loren? :) PRICE?? Regards.
  14. I have emailed to NAVTEQ about updated cds.... Its interesting what they have told me......... " we dont have responsability about updates, we make a data base updated for many cars maker, then they are who program the cd matrix with the GPS company (siemens) buying our database." Porsche has all responsability!!!! what do you think we can do?? emailing porsche???? Best Regards.

  18. The other day temperature light began turned on and off, I did not know what was the problem, but I was quiet because temperature indicator was in the middle. When I arrived I tried to verify coolant level and I filled in with antifreezing-coolant liquid (-13ºC). Then temperature light turned off. Question: Am I right or wrong to fill with this kind of liquid? or Porsche recommends any other more specific? Porsche Boxster 2.5 5/7/99 Manual trasmission. Regards,
  19. thanks for replies, two questions, a sport suspension has the same spring than standar?? the only difference is compensation spacers to match proper ride height (-10mm)??, for example in this case 2.0 and 3.0.... I am right?? Regards

  22. ... is equipped with sport suspension??? You´ll see, I have verified all option codes in my boxster but there is no "M030" option code. I guess car is equipped because the old owner installed it, but I am not sure, ................ is there any way to know it? Regards.
