  1. Now I think both of diffusers lift up when activated, am I right? Regards.
  2. I still dont understand. I use a new Pressure Gauge by Michelin and it marked 2.0bar front and 2.5bar rear in cool (recommended by Porsche) The only thing I can do is to buy a new digital pressure gauge and compare... Could it be by geometry quota ?
  3. 1. When headlight washer is activated, the right diffuser lifts up and wash only air. Any part missing? which one?....... or simply bad assembly? 2. Other question, where is the exact position for exterior temp sensor? just among grilles in front bumper? Repairman put it there. boxster 2.5 MY99 Manual transmission. Regards.
  4. The car is fixed!! if you want I will post pics soon!!! Regards.
  5. Having the car come from Germany doesn't mean the car wouldn't come with a manual. It was a simple question if you had one or not. Since you don't have one I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you get one so that you can answer basic questions about how the car is supposed to be taken care for. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> dont worry, I have manual from renntech.org. but its MY03, only some things are different.
  6. I need to know the accurate tyre pressure for boxster 2.5 MY99, manual transmission. 225/40ZR18 and 265/35 ZR18 Pirelli Pzero Rosso N4. Now I put 2.0 front and 2.5 rear, but I am not sure because my accident and rear center tyres is consumed, however edges are brand-new. (overpressure?) A web by delticom holds correct pressures are 2.0 front and rear for boxster 2.5 wheel 18". I would estimate all your help. Regards.
  7. I lost control in a curve, and I am looking for reasons... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What do your tires look like??? How do you mean lost control??? Was the road wet or maybe some oil on it, How fast were you going, did you ride the brakes hard while making the turn???? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=5296 Regards.
  8. I lost control in a curve, and I am looking for reasons...
  9. How many kilometers should be necessary to replace suspension system and thinking springs has arrived at the end of life? :drive: 74000km. boxster 2.5 MY99 what do you think? Regards.
  10. Ok, let´s see... Only I would like to know the reason, no more! I am thinking about six days but I will never know. I am a normal driver, not a race driver and I can make mistakes as many others. I would like to be guilty because it means my car has not any problem and that I made a mistake. In this way I could correct my driver experience. But Seriously I think there was any on the road. Regards.
  11. I dont understand what you mean, car is equipped with 18" tires by factory and its showed in option codes card. Porsche approves only N* tyres but number is not important, it only indicates different homologation years. Regards.
  12. I think you have got reason in some things, but dont tell me pzero rosso is a mediocre tire because other best car makers install pzero in their cars. (as ferrari) Anyway, which tire would you install? Other thing, could you think there is something on the road to spin (oil spots, fuel, concrete, etc....) not only is driver condition. Regards.
  13. Difficult to explain, My boxster has left a curve when cruise speed was about 130-140km/h, began to skid in three/four rounds. Pirelli Pzero Rosso N4 225/40 ZR18 front, 265/35 ZR18 rear (13.000 kms) Tyre pressure tested the day before. 2.0kg front and 2.5 rear. TC on. I dont know reason and its very important, I have lost trust in my car... :( here you have result. I post the tyre status for you to see if this could be the reason. How cost the repair? :help:
  14. I need part numbers: front bumper rear bumper license plate support plastic front little triangle headlight litronic left and right as soon as possible.... thanks! boxster 2.5 MY99
  15. Help me to take a decision about which colour to choose in my brake calipers. Red with decal in white: the standard in boxster S Yellow with decal in black: the new style model in 987 this is actual PD: Excuse me for photoshop

  19. I have seen my boxster has one rear fog light, I am not sure if this is ok, or the other fog light is broken. 986 MY99 2.5 Regards.
  20. I note there is a white weave skin around caliper, what is this? is there to remove to paint or not necessary?
  21. (88.9 x 6.35 mm) Are you sure to fit in my '99 standard boxster brake calipers?
