  1. yea I been looking at some with lots of miles 70k + that I can pick for 9 or 10k so that is why I can spend about 30K more thatn that I would be on Elise territory but after last week Auto cross and seeing the elise lac of power I rather have a 986 :)

  3. Since Oct of last year I don't have a boxter any more. I sold the car and bought a GT3 ( Love the car but I realy miss my little convertible) So I am going to buy a 99 or 98 Boxter and do a full 3.4l Conversion to it. Here are my questions: Do I need a 99 ( none egas ) or 98 egas Can the 5 speed trany support the new engine Is there a diference on the wire harnes between 99 and 98 and a new 3.4L engine One last there use to be a link on the web from someone that did a full convertion step by step. None of you guys have that link by any chance?? Thanks
