Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ here "CDR-23 (or later):These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters.These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DME and can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected." thanks for your reply, even if it says code on the radio? i will need to see my local dealer? i have a friend who has a computer to play in the porsche system, is it something he can do you think?

  3. Hi all, im new to this forum, someone told me I will get my answer here so i will ask it... I purschased a 993 4spoke steering wheel and i need the clockspring to make it work, but i cant find one the 993 clockspring changed for 996 clockspring but i heard the wires are shorter, do you guys think i can use that 996 clockspring?, what would I have to do ps: if anyone has a 993 clockspring for sale, that would be less trouble for me thx
