  1. I understand why this forum refuses to post service manuals since they are copyrighted works by PCNA. But what I don't understand is why this forum posts TSBs, which are also copyrighted, and then charges fees to view those documents whose copyright is owned by another organization. Does Renntech split member fees with PCNA?
