Assuming you stick with just a catback system you will not get overly loud. If you go with a more complete system and consider removing cats or other resonators you can get quite loud. If the site is using a borla muffler I would say the resulting sound will be quite good :) -
Ground control offers coilover 'conversion' kits for almost all different shock setups. So for something basic you can get a sport or aftermarket shock and install the coilover kit. This will be the best and most 'budget'. I know there are other kits out there that are front and rear kits but I believe they start ~1600-2000 dollars. The Ground Control kit ~399 or 499.
