  1. $53,900 is a very good price for an 06 C2S. Few months ago I purchased an 06 C2S with less than 5K miles (it still smells and looks brand new) for $56K. Cheers,
  2. May be late now, but here is requested information anyway. The Porsche service manager recommended EasyCare and CNA. He gave me an EasyCare brouchure, I sent an email, and in the email there was their phone #: 888-315-1263. Interestingly, the EasyCare rep told me that the Porsche dealership I take my car to does not sell EasyCare, so I cannot buy it directly at from the Porsche dealership. Having the service manager recommend an extended warranty different than the one their financeing office sells (CNA), may be a good sign. I have checked BBB and they have a good rating. The quote I got was $2650 for 48K / 48 months.
  3. I recently purchased a pre-owned 997. Upon delivery inspection I found out heated seats were not working. Sales person suggested I talk to service manager to fix. Over the weekend I found out Home Link was not working either. After search in this site, I found out my car simply needed a "hand over reset" using PIWIS. Prior owner had replaced the battery. In less than 15 minutes, technician connected PIWIS to my car, did the "hand over reset", and now my heated seats and Home Link are working. Cheers,
