  2. +1 on checking with the chip supplier. Chips shouldn't change the cold start characteristics, so your problem may be independent of the chips. Check the cold start circuit.
  3. Got tools? Here's a picture. Its not mine. http://www.944s2.com/suspension/suspension.htm I'm doing this now, part of a front end reassembly. If you're looking to replace the bushing, its easier if the bar is off the car: cut away the end of the rubber where it sticks out, and twist the end link back and forth till it comes off. Use dish soap as a lube to get the new one on (it evaporates, unlike grease). Don't forget to check the mounting brackets for the bar. They crack up where they're bolted to the frame. You can buy triangulation brackets cheap. THATS why I'm doing the rebuild...
