  1. Since he said he had an "OPC" I think he will need to call Porsche Cars Great Britain ;) Sorry, shows what I know, can't spell either.
  2. I think that a phone call to Porsche of North America would be in order, to clarify that this is an acceptable procedure. You never know maybe the dealer puts your oil back in and claims the new oil for themselves as a warranty expense. Nice way to put a quick fifty bucks in there pocket. I guess having said that, I think I would want new oil put in even if I had to pay for it myself. :rolleyes:
  3. I agree with reefish, for the time it would take to drain off 3/4 of a quart of oil it will put your mind at ease, I was also advised not to run with more oil than the recommended level. P.S. I happen to do the same thing Jedi :P
